Since my first visiting to Pro-Esthetic Lab for a complex dental treatment , I has always enjoyed in working with Nico and Klaas . They are very nice and professional , they always listen to you , care about you . I am so happy with my new teeth and smile, from color to shape! No matter what Dentist or Dental Surgeon you use in British Columbia, Canada, the first question I learned to ask is who makes the actual teeth? This is such a critical part of the equation of a good dental experience. You can also find your preferred dentist or dental surgeon and request Pro-Esthetics to make your teeth. No I don’t work there but I have a full mouth of beautifully natural looking teeth and thanks to Pro-Esthetics I love them and they spent the time with me when I was extremely stressed about the transition of a mouth with crowns over complicated implants. I had a very complex issue where not only the aesthetics of my teeth had been affected by a previous dentists work but also my speech. My experience from the first phone call confirming my appointment to the handshake upon leaving the lab was a model in personal customer service. I liken them to Monet and Michelangelo, one paints and one sculpts and they are that talented. The care and attention that they displayed going beyond the expected to ensure the tooth (front) was as close a match to its neighbour as possible exceeded my expectations and I have the results in my smile to prove it. Their commitment to the science and technology of their trade sets them apart from other labs.
